Thanksgiving Sunday and Baptismal Service Children Arrangement

This coming Sunday is our special Joint Thanksgiving Service 10:00 a.m. -12:00 noon and also baptismal service in the afternoon. 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Please take note of the following arrangement from the Children Ministry for the following Sunday. Thankyou for your attention.

Thanksgiving Sunday Service

1) All people (parents with infants, children, teens, adults) are to join the singing worship time together at the Sanctuary. We have reserved the last row on the right at the back of the Sanctuary for parents with babies. Children can sit in the front rows on the left side of the sanctuary or they can sit with their parents.

2) All children will be dismissed to their respective Sunday School class after the Baby Dedication time (Nursery, Preschool, Joint elementary).

3) Nursery parents please sit at the back rows of the sanctuary and be ready to pick up your child as soon as service finished or when needed. If your child cannot stay in the sanctuary during the singing time, you can still use the nursery room to quiet the baby. However, you will need to exit and register your child again when nursery Sunday school class starts. (Nursery teachers please be at the room after singspiration time)

Baptismal Service

1) The nursery room will be open for parents with children age 5 or under. Parents please supervise your own children.

2) We have reserved the "upper room" above the sanctuary for children with adult supervision. Please let your child know beforehand that they are to either stay at the upper room or be with their parents at the sanctuary during the baptismal service. We encourage parents to prepare activities for your child to do during the hour ahead of time. If not, we will arrange a DVD viewing (using a lap top), and some board games to play in the room. Please let your child know that they are not to wander around without supervision and needs to be quiet play.

3) If you plan to drop off your child to the supervised room on Sunday, kindly please inform Rita Lau ahead of time so we may know how many kids we are expecting to show up.

4) Please note that this time the baptismal service will be mainly conducted in Cantonese and Mandarin as there is no English baptismal candidate.
