Sunday was definitely a highlight of the week. Our team led the whole Sunday Service, with Wai Ho being the song leader, Karen as singers, David playing Guitar, Fiona on piano, and Iris on power point. Fiona preached on Romans 8 and Wai ho interpreted for her. Karen, Iris, and David also shared a bit about their mission trip experience. Much appreciation to our team members who were willing to contribute to the best they can. If you know, Fiona was not a good pianist, and David said his guitar is worse than his piano. But I think we did a good job and led a wonderful worship.
Because we have invited the Chinese people to come, we planned for a bi-lingual service. We have songs in Chinese and English lyrics, and provided sermon interpretation. Before we went to Prince Rupert, by faith I already translated my sermon into Chinese. And on Sunday God has brought about 10 Chinese to attend the worship! This is also the first time Wai Ho interpreting for a sermon, and he did a good job as well. The MB church were also very understanding and welcome this arrangement.
The Sunday service was a wonderful wrap up for our ministry there. I thank God for the opportunity to meet all these people.
